Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
Operate cash registers and related equipment; process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise
Enter prescription information or file prescriptions
Complete and maintain paperwork, forms, logs, and other documentation
Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area
Organize and maintain the Pharmacy area using company procedures and appropriate equipment
Complete assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
Communicate progress and information and recommend improvements
Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
Implement action plans and apply the Open Door Policy
