Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related analytical discipline and 4+ years of post-graduate relevant work experience, or Ph.D. with 2+ years of post-graduate relevant work experience
Minimum qualification alternative: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics-related field
Minimum qualification alternative: Master's degree in the listed fields and 3 years' experience in an analytics-related field
Minimum qualification alternative: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong data engineering foundation, including modular and maintainable code, pipeline architecture, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience building and scaling AI/LLM-powered agents for workflow automation and information extraction
Expertise evaluating and governing AI/LLM outputs through guardrails, accuracy validation, and human-in-the-loop review
