Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Extensive experience in product strategy and roadmap development across multiple related products or sizable product areas
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decision making using advanced analytics, experimentation, and customer insights
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence at senior leadership levels
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, launch execution, and long-term optimization
  • Proficiency in leveraging market opportunities and emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to shape product vision
  • Demonstrated skill in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to guide enterprise prioritization and strategic alignment
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred supervisory experience
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
