Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Extensive experience in product strategy and roadmap management across multiple related products
  • Proven ability to lead complex product lifecycle initiatives with strategic alignment and resource prioritization
  • Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, analytics, and experimentation
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional influence at the enterprise level
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis
  • Ability to define and communicate product vision based on market and competitive insights
  • Leadership experience mentoring product managers and promoting best practices
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to product innovation and process optimization
  • Must work in the United States; listed locations are Bentonville, Arkansas and Sunnyvale, California
