Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Extensive experience in product strategy development and execution across multiple related products or sizable product areas
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
  • Expertise in defining and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing resources, and overseeing scalable product launches
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements
  • Proficiency in analytics, experimentation, and AI opportunities
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices organization-wide
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred: experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Preferred: supervisory experience
  • Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
