About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Establish success metrics and run experiments
  • Influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity sizing
  • Lead product strategy across eCommerce, checkout, fulfillment technology, last-mile delivery, and returns
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong eCommerce and B2B foundation
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI and machine learning-powered products in production at scale
  • Breadth across the commerce stack, including customer-facing experiences and operational platforms such as fulfillment and returns
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-area roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams through scaled launch
  • Strong data fluency, including experimentation, advanced analytics, and opportunity sizing
  • Deep stakeholder management and enterprise-level influence across technical and business functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
