About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and advance the vision for AI-powered seller growth
  • Align product, engineering, science, and design teams around priorities
  • Own the roadmap across AI insights, recommendations, and account-management tooling
  • Combine omni-shopping and marketplace data into relevant, explainable, trusted insights and recommendations
  • Build AI tools that help account teams serve more sellers with better outcomes in less time
  • Take agentic features from prototype to global scale
  • Define and evaluate AI quality, relevance, and trust before and after launch
  • Track impact from recommendation adoption through seller retention to GMV
  • Design experiments to isolate causal impact and establish decision criteria
  • Communicate product impact and strategy to senior executives
  • Align senior executives across Growth, Account Management, Engineering, Data Science, Advertising, Operations, and Design
  • Launch products hands-on, coach surrounding PMs, and set standards for AI product development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; OR 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Seller-first mindset and understanding of seller businesses
  • Experience leading growth products where experimentation drives decisions
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic capabilities from concept to production
  • Ability to define and evaluate quality, relevance, reliability, and trust
  • Ability to handle complex, ambiguous problems and create clarity
  • Exceptional product storytelling skills
  • Preferred: Track record of running experimentation programs at scale
  • Preferred: Experience with two-sided marketplaces, seller or merchant platforms, ads, or B2B growth
  • Preferred: Experience with recommendation systems or personalization
  • Preferred: Experience building tools for sales, account management, or customer success teams
  • Preferred: Experience leading products across multiple countries or markets
  • Preferred: Comfort pulling and analyzing own data
  • Preferred: Hands-on prototyping with AI tools
