Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Extensive experience shaping product strategy across multiple related products or large product areas
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions and influence cross-functional teams at the organizational level
  • Expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and technical feasibility
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including guiding senior leadership through complex product visions
  • Deep understanding of customer needs using design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis
  • Ability to lead product lifecycle from MVP to scalable launch and ongoing optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics, experimentation, and AI insights
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
