About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of complex product strategies and roadmaps
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and setting priorities
  • Develop and communicate strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to remove barriers, secure resources, and ensure cross-team alignment
  • Use data-driven insights to measure progress, adjust plans, and optimize product performance
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including rapid prototyping, MVP development, and scaling initiatives
  • Mentor team members on customer focus and product strategy execution
  • Influence cross-functional teams through communication and relationship building
  • Develop secure, customer-focused Infosec products and optimize the organization-wide product portfolio
  • Support adoption of emerging technologies, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and enhanced user experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies; OR 11 years’ experience at such a company
  • Technical product expertise, systems thinking, and architectural understanding
  • Ability to evaluate designs, constraints, and long-term trade-offs with engineering teams
  • Infosec domain fluency
  • Ability to define multi-year vision and strategy for enterprise Infosec products
  • Ability to create and prioritize engineering-credible requirements
  • Executive-level communication of complex technical trade-offs
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and 8 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and accessibility best practices
