Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and cloud-native architectures aligned with strategic roadmaps
Drive full software development lifecycle activities, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance across multiple teams
Architect and implement AI-enhanced applications and intelligent systems supporting millions of users
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influence architectural decisions, and promote engineering best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes
Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging technologies
Ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance through sound technical judgment and proactive issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives
Experience delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling
Expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
Proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and incident response
Ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents for enhanced software solutions
Experience mentoring engineering teams and influencing architectural decisions
Ability to define technical requirements and measure success with cross-functional stakeholders
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs
