Key responsibilities & impact

Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks
Drive the full software development lifecycle across multiple teams
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing
Architect and integrate intelligent AI-enhanced applications using cloud-native principles and model-driven design
Provide technical leadership and mentorship
Influence architectural decisions and promote engineering excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable success metrics
Champion continuous improvement through new technologies and process optimization
Support scalable voice, chat, and routing workflows and NICE InContact platform capabilities for contact center operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership
Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design
Strong expertise in AI/ML integration
Experience with Python, Java, and C++
Experience leading the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response
Skilled in model-driven design and modern development tools
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Master’s degree and accessibility knowledge are preferred, not required
