Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Strong coding skills and ability to deliver production quality code
  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership
  • Experience delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable infrastructure
  • Expertise in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident response
  • Strong background in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems
  • Experience with Python, Java, and C++
  • Ability to leverage advanced development tools to enhance quality and velocity
  • Skills in technical mentorship and architectural decision-making
  • Problem-solving and requirements analysis capabilities
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Preferred: Master's degree and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
