About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead platform engineering efforts delivering scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of distributed systems
- Architect and integrate AI/ML solutions for intelligent applications serving millions of users
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable success metrics
- Optimize processes, tools, and system reliability
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through technical judgment and proactive issue resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership
- Experience delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling
- Expertise designing and implementing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response
- Ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents
- Technical mentorship and architectural decision-making experience
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
