Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, including shared infrastructure and scalable ML frameworks
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance
  • Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, and incident response
  • Ability to architect AI-enhanced applications and integrate AI agents using Python, Java, and C++
  • Experience applying model-driven design and leveraging modern development tools
  • Technical leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
