  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship

  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and system interoperability through architectural decisions
  • Foster continuous improvement by integrating new technologies and optimizing development processes
  • Collaborate with product, business, and UX partners to deliver measurable business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership
  • Experience delivering scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design
  • Strong background in AI/ML integration
  • Experience building intelligent software systems using Python, Java, and C++
  • Experience leading the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, and incident response
  • Technical mentorship and architectural decision-making experience
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality deliverables
  • Preferred but not required: Master's degree and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred accessibility knowledge includes WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
