About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the technical vision and strategy for the CARE agentic transformation
- Lead end-to-end architecture for agentic workflows and next-generation CRM solutions
- Drive complex cross-system and cross-team technical decisions
- Establish scalable, reusable architecture and engineering patterns
- Lead migration from the current non-agentic experience to an agentic model
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks, dependencies, and scalability challenges
- Partner with Product, Business, Architecture, CRM, and Engineering leadership
- Align technology and business outcomes
- Influence technical direction across organizational boundaries
- Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering standards through technical best practices
- Build a resilient, extensible foundation for future agentic capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership
- Experience delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling
- Expertise designing and implementing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
- Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and observability
- Ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents and cloud engineering
- Demonstrated mentorship and coaching skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability to change and commitment to continuous improvement and technical innovation
