Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management
  • Expertise designing scalable, secure software solutions
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies and infrastructure security
  • Proficiency in coding standards, frameworks, and platforms such as Microsoft Azure
  • Strong background in test strategy development, defect management, and CI/CD processes
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions
  • Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering teams
  • Preferred: certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC
  • Preferred: master’s degree and 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
  • Compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
