  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measure success metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership and scalable, reliable cloud-native architectures
  • Experience developing scalable Agentic AI solutions
  • Deep technical understanding of agentic patterns, tool/API usage, guardrails, and eval pipelines
  • Proven ability to drive the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Expertise in AI/ML integration
  • Experience using Python, Java, and C++
  • Strong technical judgment for architectural decisions and trade-offs
  • Demonstrated mentorship skills
  • Proficiency in model-driven design and cloud computing best practices
  • Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders
