Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, large-scale technology programs
  • Define and manage program goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables across interdependent projects
  • Secure commitments for program scope, delivery dates, and resources
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and establish robust system contracts
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks
  • Establish scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and operational excellence practices
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders
  • Align varied teams and stakeholders on objectives
  • Mentor team members on program execution best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and successful end-to-end delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in those areas
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to define and execute program plans with clear goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths under resource constraints
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management
  • Skilled in identifying synergies, managing dependencies, and driving operational excellence frameworks for large-scale technology programs
  • Effective communication and ability to align varied stakeholders and deliver clear, data-driven reports and updates
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Certification in Project Management
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration with relevant specialization and 4 years’ experience in product design
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
