About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs involving multiple teams and dependencies
- Define goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables
- Secure commitments for program scope, delivery dates, and resources
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Align program teams on strategy and end-to-end technology solutions
- Lead high-level system solution design discussions focused on scalability, availability, and performance
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues
- Establish and improve scalable workflows and prioritization frameworks
- Drive operational excellence practices
- Communicate progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor team members and optimize workflows and resource allocation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in those areas
- Extensive experience in program and project management
- Experience with risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to define goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and manage resource constraints for large-scale technical programs
- Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management
- Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with operational excellence frameworks
- Proficiency in communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Certification in Project Management
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration with relevant specialization and 4 years’ experience in product design
- Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
