  • Lead complex, large-scale technology programs
  • Define goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive end-to-end delivery
  • Define and manage stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables
  • Secure commitments for program scope, delivery dates, and resources
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, high-availability, high-performance technical designs
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, align teams, and drive consensus
  • Mentor team members on technical program management best practices and methodologies
  • Support Walmart Marketplace technology platforms for fulfillment, logistics, seller experience, supply chain integration, marketplace growth, delivery, and returns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in those areas
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, multi-area initiatives
  • Ability to define goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths while managing resource constraints and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and operational excellence frameworks
  • Skill translating product requirements into technical designs and ensuring scalable, high-availability solutions
  • Proficiency communicating and aligning with varied stakeholders to drive consensus and resolve ambiguities
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving using data-driven decision-making and impact analysis
  • Experience mentoring teams and implementing process improvements
  • Preferred: Certification in Project Management
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
  • Ability to work in the United States
