  • Define and manage large-scale technical programs
  • Establish goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies
  • Secure commitments for scope, resources, and timelines
  • Resolve conflicts and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Lead end-to-end system design discussions for scalability, high availability, and performance
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in those areas
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to define goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and service management frameworks
  • Experience translating product requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Experience with monitoring and incident management
  • Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, prioritize resources, and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders, report progress, and resolve ambiguities effectively
  • Drug-free workplace policy applies to all employees
  • Preferred: Certification in Project Management
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration with relevant specialization and 4 years’ experience in product design
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
