  • Define program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables
  • Secure commitments for scope, delivery dates, and resources
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs
  • Ensure robust system architecture for scalability and performance
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues
  • Implement scalable workflows and automation frameworks for continuous improvement
  • Communicate program status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and teams
  • Mentor team members on technical program management methodologies
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve ambiguities, and improve processes
  • Independently manage program lifecycles and maintain operational excellence and strategic technology integration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in these areas
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to define and execute large-scale program plans with clear goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management
  • Skill in identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence frameworks
  • Effective communication and data-driven reporting skills
  • Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to mentor teams and implement scalable, repeatable workflows
  • Certification in Project Management is preferred
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration and product design experience are preferred
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
