About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the cross-border trucking program, initially within North America
Set the long-term strategy for trucking products serving Marketplace Sellers
Create the critical program roadmap
Define, measure, and drive achievement of success metrics
Ensure project deliverables remain on time and on budget
Communicate and escalate program risks
Understand market trends and anticipate and exceed Sellers’ expectations
Work in an agile and iterative team environment
Lead project planning and business review processes cross-functionally
Standardize and lead change management
Communicate change and progress across audiences
Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects
Provide program leadership for cross-functional business, technology, product, support, and operations teams across locations
Define business requirements, manage risks, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in those areas
Self-starter with a builder mindset
Ability to learn and iterate while managing complexity in large and multi-threaded projects
Ability to bring order to ambiguity
Superior communication skills and flexibility
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
Organized and disciplined, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience executing cross-functional projects without direct authority over involved teams
Background in supply chain, cross-border logistics services, and/or freight forwarding
Preferred: Master's degree and 4 years' relevant experience
Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
