About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies improving member satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Analyze financial impact of product decisions, including profit and loss performance, cost optimization, and supply chain considerations
  • Manage data quality initiatives through data profiling, validation, and accuracy improvements
  • Partner with suppliers and supply chain stakeholders to resolve performance issues, improve service levels, and optimize inventory flow
  • Oversee and optimize item processes from creation through retirement
  • Manage item setup, maintenance, costing, and execution to support product availability and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field OR 1 year’s experience in inventory planning, replenishment, allocation, purchasing, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience evaluating profit and loss performance through cost analysis, financial modeling, and business impact assessments
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics performance
  • Expertise in data quality management, including data profiling, validation, governance, and cleansing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools and technologies
