About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute product management fundamentals within a defined product area or sub-category
- Gather customer insights and support the product lifecycle
- Perform product, cohort, and retention research to analyze feature performance and identify improvement areas
- Synthesize customer feedback and data to inform problem statements and prioritize opportunities
- Collect and organize roadmap activities across multiple phases
- Provide data-driven input into product development roadmaps and technology plans
- Support business cases, alignment activities, assumption testing, prototypes, mockups, and proofs of concept
- Support product definition, scope, targets, timelines, and assigned development activities
- Identify and escalate delivery risks and issues
- Communicate technical product requirements and progress to business, engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to launch readiness, documentation, training materials, and acceptance criteria
- Gather and analyze product data, track adoption, conversion, and feature usage
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Request feedback, apply mentoring, and contribute to action plans
- Provide and support business solutions while monitoring progress and improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year's experience in product management or related field
- Experience in product management or a related field may substitute for the degree requirement
- Preferred: merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Preferred: Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
- Must work in a drug-free workplace and comply with Walmart policies
