Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities for small- to medium-sized initiatives
Develop automated methods for tracking project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and status updates
Identify resource needs, risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles
Support accountability and execution tracking
Develop understanding of business priorities, operational processes, and organizational goals
Collect, analyze, and report operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer and associate experiences
Support implementation efforts focused on measurable business value
Leverage analytics, reporting, and automation to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness
Create and enhance project health reporting, dashboards, and status communications
Automate, simplify, and improve operational workflows and processes
Collaborate across business and technology functions to support technology-enabled business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year's experience in product management or related field
Preferred knowledge of merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields
Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences
Preferred knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Preferred knowledge of assistive technologies
Preferred knowledge of integrating digital accessibility into products and services
Strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and a growth mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams
