  • Develop components and assemblies in SolidWorks 3D CAD software
  • Use 3D printers and materials for additive manufacturing or sample creation
  • Conduct supplier quality management, validate product performance, and manage corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related field and 2 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics, material properties, and numerical methods
  • Proven experience in finite element analysis
  • Proficiency in FEA software tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar
  • Familiarity with CAD software for geometry preparation and mesh generation
  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, including conducting audits and delivering actionable feedback
  • Expertise in quality data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes
  • Ability to develop and execute quality assurance plans and corrective actions with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and company values
  • Preferred: Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales, Training and Development, Training and Facilitation
  • Master’s in Business Administration preferred
