About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members
- Handle escalations and collaborate with store leadership
- Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders
- Own project execution in assigned stores and minimize impact on store operations
- Supervise, develop, train, mentor, evaluate, recognize, and identify career paths for associates
- Hire and train associates; assign duties and provide recognition
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Build stakeholder relationships, identify business needs, implement processes, monitor results, and adapt to changing demands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in those areas
- Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams
- Must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Reliable transportation
- Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home
- Primarily working overnight shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business or related field
- Preferred: 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Project Management - Management Professional Certification
