About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze customer and market data to generate actionable insights supporting eCommerce business operations
- Develop and present data-driven reports and recommendations to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, retail, human resources, or related area, or 2 years' experience in business, finance, information technology, or related area
- Proven experience in business operations analysis
- Strong skills in data visualization and analytics
- Ability to interpret customer and market data and support forecasting
- Proficiency in project management, including tracking, reporting, and resolving project issues
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and present findings clearly and credibly
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and site structure
- Problem-solving skills using analytics and automation techniques
- Experience building partnerships and working cross-functionally
