About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and modify interior CAD designs based on business requirements, design guidelines, and preliminary concepts
- Produce detailed scale plans and drawings using computer-aided drafting software
- Identify design issues, provide recommendations, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising, and Realty teams
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and correct design errors
- Optimize space allocation
- Support implementation of business solutions and monitor progress
- Maintain compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards
- Support remodels, new store openings, and operational goals through facility designs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in retail management, project management, architecture, CAD design, or related field
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office systems or Adobe systems
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into design solutions
- Experience developing and revising designs aligned with operational and merchandising needs
- Ability to identify design issues, provide recommendations, and implement corrective actions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Commitment to quality, integrity, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving organizational demands
