About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, validate, and implement complex inventory forecasts aligned with merchandising needs
  • Analyze seasonal inventory flow and customer demand to optimize replenishment and support financial objectives
  • Monitor and calibrate store-level forecasts using inventory management systems and data analysis tools
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage item-level replenishment and resolve exceptions
  • Create operating procedures, training materials, and automated tracking alerts to standardize processes
  • Provide expert guidance on inventory planning and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous enhancements in replenishment operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related area
  • Proven expertise in inventory management and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and customer demand planning
  • Ability to develop and implement standardized processes and training materials
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align inventory plans with financial and operational goals
  • Proficiency in office productivity software, statistical packages, and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills to present key performance metrics and influence business decisions
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
