About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support product specification development and validation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on product development initiatives
  • Perform root cause analysis on product issues and recommend solutions
  • Compile data and provide insights supporting business decisions
  • Partner with sourcing on product and cost engineering
  • Assist with special projects supporting business strategies
  • Communicate updates to cross-functional teams and support negotiations
  • Review and approve TOPs and final packaging assets
  • Ensure design intent, quality compliance, and retail readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and product development processes
  • Strong skills in cross-functional project management and collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
  • Flexibility to pivot priorities and support evolving cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of apparel engineering, garment construction, textiles, and supply chain fundamentals
  • Preferred: Customer Service, Data Analytics, Microsoft Office, Sourcing, and working on cross-functional teams or projects
