Support project execution by understanding business needs and assisting in solution development aligned with priorities and milestones
Manage small projects or work streams
Resolve critical issues, monitor progress, and escalate complex challenges
Track project scope changes, expenditures, and budgets
Deliver informational presentations and performance reports
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for project planning, implementation, and communication
Identify root causes, propose solutions, and pursue improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Foster accountability within project teams
Support alignment with customer and business objectives
Coordinate store-project fixture procurement and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project milestones and budgets
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify project requirements, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions
Excellent communication skills for presentations and collaboration
Accountability for project delivery and performance reporting
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and organizational demands
Commitment to ethical standards and integrity
