About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain and transportation processes across multiple nodes
- Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of escalated issues across shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns
- Set clear expectations with suppliers and carriers and provide field-level guidance
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using lean principles and end-to-end cost analysis
- Build and influence cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
- Drive root cause resolution and systemic improvements across transportation and facility-to-facility operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience independently driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced supply chain or operations environments
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, operations, and support teams
- Experience managing escalations and solving complex operational challenges
- Working knowledge of lean methodologies and cost optimization principles
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias for action and results
- Microsoft Office, Retail Operations, and Transportation are preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred
