  • Strong proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and administrative support for leadership teams
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to improve business processes
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct
  • Skilled in managing priorities, deadlines, and adapting to change while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office equipment and business support systems
  • Preferred: Contact Center, Customer Service, Microsoft Office
