About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Manage Power BI Service reports and workspaces, including Power BI Apps setup and deployment
- Create Power BI data models using star and snowflake schemas
- Manage data refresh schedules, access controls, and workspace versioning
- Use Microsoft Fabric for data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, and Power BI integration
- Support adoption of Microsoft Fabric capabilities for data accessibility, scalability, and self-service analytics
- Use Python to automate routine data processing and reporting
- Perform data wrangling and transformation in Dataiku, integrating with GCP and BigQuery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into actionable reports
- Ensure dashboards are scalable, accurate, and well documented
- Apply BI design, governance, and performance optimization best practices
- Deliver enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data solutions that drive measurable business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
- Experience managing Power BI Service environments and Power BI Apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and monitoring
- Strong proficiency in Python for automating data workflows and reporting tasks
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku or similar data preparation tools
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large, complex datasets
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and BI best practices
- Experience working as an individual contributor and delivering projects end to end
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years' relevant experience, or Master's degree, or 4 years' relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Microsoft Power Platform knowledge advantageous
- Power BI and Fabric certifications highly desirable
