About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal business unit
  • Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex, high-impact agreements
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 6 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area; OR 8 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area
  • 2 years' supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in sales management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex, high-impact agreements
  • Proficiency in applied business technologies and analytics
  • Deep understanding of product features and value propositions
  • Demonstrated financial acumen
  • Expertise in relationship management
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace and comply with the employer's drug and alcohol policy
