About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of strategic financial initiatives
- Collaborate across the enterprise to support market customer value propositions and scaling of Global Platforms
- Guide talent development and promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support strategy development and execution, identifying key considerations, opportunities, and trade-offs
- Develop scenarios and pathways to achieve targets, assess potential outcomes, and drive results
- Evaluate the “size of the prize” to compare opportunities and inform prioritization
- Assess capital investments, ROI/IRR, and post-investment performance
- Use analytics to identify productivity opportunities, understand cost drivers, and evaluate unit economics
- Coordinate across markets, International, U.S., and platform teams to align strategies and priorities
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and determine required lift to help leaders evaluate options and make informed decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- 3 years’ supervisory experience
- 3 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus on financial decisions
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and business case development for executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies that optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and financial narrative to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across departments
