Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • 3 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic planning within complex organizations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior management
  • Strong expertise in risk management and control structures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to develop and communicate actionable financial insights supporting business decisions and long-term goals
  • Demonstrated success in managing global financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of accountability and ethical standards
