Key responsibilities & impact

Lead portfolio strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across international markets
Consolidate market and horizontal product strategies into one authoritative International priority stack
Own portfolio visibility, investment scenarios, dependency models, and roadmap risk assessments
Frame tradeoffs, quantify impacts, recommend options, convene decision-makers, and track commitments
Establish readiness standards, identify adoption barriers, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate unresolved gaps
Prioritize cross-market data needs and align dependencies with global product roadmaps
Drive transparency, accountability, and alignment across markets and global functions without direct delivery authority
Partner with senior executives across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations
Accelerate global platform convergence and ensure accountability for commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 10 years’ experience in those areas
Extensive experience in technical program management, enterprise portfolio management, or large-scale technology transformation
Strong business and product acumen
Deep understanding of technology platforms, data ecosystems, product development, and complex enterprise dependencies
Expertise in portfolio governance, investment analysis, risk assessment, and strategic tradeoff management
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve competing priorities, and drive accountability without direct authority
Experience operating across international markets and complex, highly matrixed global organizations
