About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee development, evaluation, and implementation of training standards and governance
- Research and benchmark industry practices to recommend best training approaches
- Collaborate with business partners to develop and approve curriculum aligned with operational goals
- Lead needs assessments, prepare materials, and deliver leadership and compliance training using adult learning techniques
- Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to meet performance standards
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis
- Drive content improvements and resource planning
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field and 4 years’ experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area OR 6 years’ experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Proven experience in training and development with strong leadership capabilities
- Expertise in curriculum development and comprehensive needs assessments
- Project management and continuous improvement experience
- Ability to develop and implement standardized training processes aligned with business objectives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and approval of training content
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend actionable improvements
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
- Commitment to ethical standards and operational excellence
