About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of strategic business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles
- Develop and mentor team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, and address partner needs
- Oversee budget management, financial analysis, and contract renewals
- Implement process improvements and automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate initiatives, measure progress, and adjust strategies
- Foster collaboration across internal and external partners to achieve organizational goals and deliver measurable results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
- Proven expertise in partner relationship and stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Financial acumen, including budget management and financial analysis
- Experience in program and project management
- Ability to develop and mentor teams
- Knowledge of industry practices, business acumen, and operational excellence
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- Preferred: Project Management Certification
- Preferred: Six Sigma certification
- Preferred: Statistical Programming Language
