About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead network planning, design, and optimization for a complex supply chain network
- Translate customer and business needs into future-state designs, decision frameworks, and roadmaps
- Own strategic initiatives from analysis through implementation
- Define initiative scope, risks, success measures, and required decisions
- Use network analysis to quantify service, cost, coverage, and operational tradeoffs
- Provide leaders with clear options and recommendations
- Align cross-functional partners on sourcing, routing, network design, and execution
- Lead and develop the team
- Communicate executive-ready insights, risks, decisions, and business impact
- Design the outbound eCommerce transportation network using advanced analytics
- Analyze complex data sets and assess opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to implement network enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong analytical and operational judgment
- Ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and decisions
- Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation
- Ability to assess tradeoffs, identify root causes, and balance customer, operational, and financial impact
- Proven people leadership, including coaching, development, and accountability
- Clear, credible communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
