About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs and initiative launches
  • Track, report, test, and conduct post-launch deep dives
  • Design and analyze A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and holdouts
  • Evaluate acquisition levers, member value propositions, and lifecycle interventions
  • Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to understand underlying drivers
  • Proactively mine data to identify opportunities, risks, and noteworthy trends
  • Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Translate complex analyses into narratives that influence stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Partner with Walmart+ business teams from concepting and opportunity sizing through test design, launch, measurement, and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field
  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modeling
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
  • Expertise in managing complex projects end-to-end, including risk assessment and mitigation
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience developing and implementing data models and algorithms for business impact
  • Excellent communication skills for translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations
