Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and merchandising curiosity
  • Experience turning data into actionable business strategies
  • Expertise in advanced analytics, customer insights, trend identification, and data visualization
  • Ability to transform complex information into compelling stories that influence decisions
  • Experience building scalable analytical solutions, decision frameworks, or AI-enabled capabilities
  • Track record of partnering across teams to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes
