Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop plans and guide strategic projects supporting Walmart’s global goals and priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent development, organizational development, or a related field, OR 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent development, organizational development, or a related field
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives involving multiple teams and business areas
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data and research to understand challenges and recommend solutions
  • Experience working with leaders and influencing decisions amid differing opinions or priorities
  • Ability to build relationships, bring people together, and help teams work toward common goals
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Clear communication skills, including explaining complex information and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
  • Experience developing programs, improving processes, or finding better ways to meet business and people-related goals
  • Commitment to creating a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and able to contribute
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the growth and development of others
  • Good business judgment and ability to balance business needs and associate experiences
  • Ability to adapt to change, work through challenges, and keep projects moving forward
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, management, or business administration
