About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine business strategies
- Develop and implement enterprise business strategies aligned with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams
- Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions and optimize data utilization
- Guide and mentor associates and foster a high-performing team environment
- Recommend, reassess, and adjust business strategies based on feedback and results
- Identify program and project opportunities and assess feasibility, financial performance, and ROI through data analysis
- Drive cross-functional execution of multiple business plans by setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress
- Establish timelines, workflows, and process controls to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Consult with key stakeholders to evaluate plan effectiveness and apply improvements
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Enhance decision-making and promote continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and deliver actionable insights
- Expertise in stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings and influence cross-functional teams
- Capability in assessing program performance, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams
- Statistical Programming Language experience (preferred)
- Experience supervising associates (preferred)
- Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects (preferred)
- Master of Business Administration (preferred)
- Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
