About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead data-driven evaluation and reporting to support and refine business strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
  • Build scalable tools, processes, and governance for effective pricing execution
  • Establish and own pricing governance, standards, and compliance requirements across channels and business units
  • Define business requirements for pricing systems and drive workflow simplification and automation enhancements
  • Identify and execute process optimization and technology enablement opportunities
  • Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational scorecards
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership by evaluating workflow health, SLA adherence, and pricing effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to strengthen enterprise pricing capabilities and scalability
  • Translate complex business needs into streamlined, repeatable processes and future-ready solutions
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Expertise in pricing operations, governance, or enablement within a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Strong business acumen to design scalable processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders across Pricing, Merchandising, Technology, Product, and Compliance
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational plans and drive execution across multiple workstreams
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to define KPIs, generate insights, and inform business decisions
  • Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Clear communication and ability to influence senior leadership with concise, data-driven recommendations
