About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project manage internal and cross-functional strategic initiatives across Style
- Drive stakeholder communication and coordination across business and cross-functional teams
- Lead development of executive and external-facing materials for leadership meetings, conferences, Supplier Growth Summit, and other key forums
- Support merchant top-to-tops and brand pitches, including meeting preparation and materials
- Lead planning and content development for Style Quarterly All Hands meetings
- Analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth and differentiation opportunities
- Support Private Brand processes and ways of working across Fashion, Home and Beauty
- Support Style strategy and transformation priorities, including working sessions and operational process improvements
- Partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace, and other teams
- Develop leadership and external meeting materials and support merchant top-to-tops and All Hands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area; OR 5 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area
- Proven experience in strategy and project management
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across functions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions
- Ability to build, manage, and improve project plans
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations
- Adaptability and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment
